BERHAMPUR: Three minor women, who went lacking from their houses in numerous villages beneath Ganjam district’s Patapur police station limits one-and-a-half years in the past, have been rescued from numerous locations inside and outdoors the state on Monday.
The police have thus far rescued 5 minor women prior to now 4 days.
All the rescued women have been reunited with their mother and father following the route of the district little one welfare committee, the police stated on Tuesday. The women are faculty dropouts and left house resulting from home issues, the police stated after preliminary inquiry.
4 of the 5 women have been rescued from their kinfolk’ locations, whereas one was discovered at a store in Cuttack. The women are aged between 14 and 17 years, the police stated.
“A probe is on to determine if anyone is concerned in such circumstances,” a police officer stated.
